Payment

♢ I take payment via PayPal or Cashapp.♢ I will provide a clean sketch of your commission. If you are satisfied, you may send payment. I will only hold on to your sketch for two weeks before cancelling. I will not continue your commission until paid appropriately.♢ Due to precautions of being scammed, I only accept payment upfront.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced art, not the commissioner.Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
♢ Promote myself.
♢ Publish merchandise with.
♢ To display it anywhere to my liking.
♢ Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to;
♢ Use the artwork for personal use only.
♢ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
♢ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
